Aon: Find Your Focus

In partnership with Aon, we created, directed, and produced “Find Your Focus,” an ambassador-led commercial campaign airing throughout the PGA TOUR and LPGA TOUR seasons. The campaign brings together Aon ambassadors Tony Finau, Xander Schauffele, Minjee Lee, Lizette Salas, and Carlota Ciganda, spotlighting how the world’s best athletes cut through pressure, noise, and uncertainty to compete at the highest level. The films are voiced by Jim Nantz, whose iconic narration adds authority, warmth, and broadcast gravitas. Each spot explores a different dimension of focus, including methodical preparation, strategic analysis, and managing volatility and pressure in the moments that matter most, capturing the process where uncertainty turns to clarity and confidence. By placing viewers inside the mental and emotional demands of professional golf, the campaign draws a clear parallel to the challenges leaders face in business, reinforcing Aon’s role in helping organizations stay focused and confident in complex, high-stakes environments. The campaign delivered exceptional results at scale, generating hundreds of millions of views across linear broadcast, digital, and social platforms. Its success earned multiple industry awards and fueled a wide range of partnership-specific commercial activations, strengthening Aon’s presence across both the PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour and deepening its association with elite performance and trusted decision-making. Deliverables included linear TV commercials, digital spots, pre-roll advertising, social media cutdowns, and branded photography, creating a flexible, cohesive system designed to perform seamlessly across channels and moments throughout the season.
