Ryder Cup: Course Insights
Set within the storied grounds of Bethpage State Park on Long Island, New York, this four-part course insights series explores one of golf’s most demanding venues and the home of the 2025 Ryder Cup - Bethpage Black. Few public courses in the world carry the Black’s pedigree, having hosted multiple major championships, including the U.S. Open and the PGA Championship, and earning a reputation as a relentless test of skill, strategy, and resolve. We were tasked with scripting, producing, and delivering a multi-episode video series designed to break down the course’s defining moments and strategic decision points. The project was underpinned by extensive research and original writing, drawing on major championship course statistics and more than 40 years of Ryder Cup data to inform the narrative and analysis. Hosted by veteran caddie Jim “Bones” Mackay, the films translate Bethpage’s scale, difficulty, and nuance into clear, accessible insights, highlighting how unforgiving rough, deep bunkering, and demanding green complexes will shape play during golf’s most intense team competition. Blending expert analysis with cinematic course visuals, the series functions as both an educational guide and a storytelling platform to give fans a deeper understanding of what players will face and what decisions will need to be made, while positioning Bethpage Black as a central character in the build-up to the 2025 Ryder Cup.
